For all orders you will need to arrange the return of your parcel using a courier of your choice to the address provided below. Alternatively, you can return personally to the Pro Shop at Wynyard Golf Club.
Please note: Returning items are the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received and acknowledged as received with a receipt by the returns department at Wynyard Golf Club. It is advisable to obtain a receipt of postage from your courier or add a tracked service to the parcel so that you can track the progress of your return.
You may return the goods/products to us using the delivery slip enclosed with your item(s) provided they are returned in the same condition as received and within 14 days of receipt of the goods/products for a full refund. If they are returned within 14-28 days we will offer a credit note for the unwanted items. Anything received after 28 days will not be accepted and you will be responsible for reclaiming the items. If the items are not collected after 90 days we reserve the right to destroy them.
All goods/products should have their original tags and labels attached to them.
We will only despatch replacement items at your request upon receiving the original items.
You are responsible for ensuring that the items are returned, at your cost and undamaged.
We have no obligation to collect or recover goods/products from you.
Please send your item back with a note (email: firstname.lastname@example.org) advising what you would like to exchange the returning item for. Once this is received then we shall exchange and send the replacement item out to you accordingly. Please provide the reason for your return, your order number, the items you wish to return and what you would like to do, i.e. return for a store credit, an exchange or full refund. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We will only accept returned items unworn / un-damaged.
